Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, shoescentralonline.com will gladly refund or credit your purchase. The online purchase must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

In order for goods to be refunded or credited:
- Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet
- Shoes must be in their original condition
- Shoe must be returned in their original box

HOW TO RETURN WITH DPD:

1. Package your return securely (in original packaging) and be sure to include your completed Returns Form.
2. Choose your local pickup point for the return via DPD return portal. Continue as a guest and select Central Shoes Limerick or Kilrush from the dropdown and use your order number as the reference number. 
3. Pay a competitive discounted rate of €4.71 for the return and you will receive your label. Please note you must print the return label from the portal.

HOW TO RETURN WITH AN POST OR OTHER COURIERS:

1. Package your return securely (in original packaging) and be sure to include this completed Returns Form.
2. Ship to the following address:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

International Customers will need to pay return postage. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide proof of postage. When returning an item, please include your order number and name so we can process your return as fast as possible. If you need help with this, please email us at sales@shoescentralonline.com

 

Once we have received your return, we will refund immediately.

*Goods must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If you do not have the original postage wrapping please use another one that will protect the box during transit.
