We hope you love your new purchase from Central Shoes online. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase. We are happy to offer a full refund on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery*
HOW TO RETURN WITH DPD:
- Package up your return securely (in original packaging) and be sure to include your completed Returns Form.
- Choose your local pickup point for the return via DPD return portal. Continue as a guest and select Central Shoes Limerick or Kilrush from the dropdown and use your order number as the reference number.
- Pay a competitive discounted rate for the return and you will receive your label. Please note you must print the return label from the portal.

- Package up your return securely (in original packaging) and be sure to include this completed Returns Form.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
International Customers will need to pay return postage. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide a proof of postage. When returning an item, please include your order number and name so we can process your return as fast as we can. If you need help with this, please email us at sales@shoescentralonline.com
Once we have received your return, we will refund immediately.
*Goods must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If you do not have the original postage wrapping please use another one that will protect the box during transit.
